A note about new patients
Bone Restoration and Wellness Center is a specialty clinic. We welcome self-referrals as well as referrals from primary care providers, orthopedists, rheumatologists, gynecologists, oncologists and other specialists. If you have recent DEXA scan results or imaging, please bring them to your first visit.
